Program Description
Beach FIIT (Functional Intensity Interval Training) is designed to keep you beach ready all year long. Expect each workout to include a variety of functional movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, med-balls with a cardio twist (you won’t see any barbell work in these classes). Coaches will offer movement modifications to help you get the workout that works for you. Programming is always varied, just like your life, we keep it spicy.
