Program Description
Our youth program is next level. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness fun and safe for your growing athlete. The skills covered in class include many of our RWFits’s foundational and auxiliary movements. They are specifically designed to develop the abilities of kids ages 9-12 and as an aid not only for sports but for healthy living.
